SAN DIEGO (Oct. 12, 2018) Retired Senior Chief Hull Technician Chris Regal, a survivor of the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Cole (DDG-67) bombing, provides remarks during a USS Cole Remembrance Ceremony aboard the USS Midway Museum in San Diego. October 12th, 2000, 17 Sailors lost their lives during this attack. October 12th, 2018 is the 18th anniversary.
