(July 15, 2022) An Officer Development School (ODS) class 22060 student at Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island stands at parade rest during the class graduation ceremony, July 15. ODS provides staff corps officers and several restricted line designators with training necessary to prepare them to function in their role as newly commissioned Naval officers.
