Utilitiesman 2nd Class German Garcia, assigned to Naval Facilities Engineering Command Guantanamo Bay (NAVFAC) cuts a board using a vertical power saw at the Public Works Department Self-Help workshop. The boards were cut to size a part of a command self building project. The PWD Self-Help workshop is available for the Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba' to work on official carpentry and plumbing projects.
