Amid heavy fog, construction continues on the 240-acre Solar Array located on Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The ceremonial first solar panel was installed Jan. 18 during a ceremony involving the three project partners, the Air Force, Gulf Power and Coronal Development Services.
