(March 7, 2018) Civil Engineer Corps Officers School Basic students conduct a survey for a potential Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) landing zone while maintaining security during a five-day field training exercise (FTX). An integral part of the school’s training cycle, the FTX stresses leadership, teamwork and accountability, which students will need to be successful when leading Seabees in naval construction force expeditionary units.
