German Gymnasium, Pancras Road, St Pancras, Camden, Greater London Authority, 2012. The German Gymnasium on Pancras Road, seen from the south after redevelopment including demolition of the terrace in front of the building. The German Gymnasium was built in 1864-65 to the designs of Edward Gruning for the German Gymnastic Society. It was originally accessed via a door in the centre of the terrace at 22-30 Pancras Road. In the 21st century, redevelopment of the area surrounding King's Cross included the demolition of this terrace and the front of the gymnasium. It is Grade II Listed.
