Memorial plaque to Patrick McGoohan at Portmeirion, the "Italianesque" village in North Wales created by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis, and featured as "The Village" in "The "Prisoner" TV series in the late 1960s. Most of the buildings (which are built to approx 2/3 scale) serve as hotel rooms, part of the Portmeirion Hotel.
