To inject the Kayser quality still furtherinto the gloves, Mr. Kayser acquired a con-trol of every process entering into theirmanufacture, from the importation of theraw^ silk to the sale of the finished also adopted a new merchandisingpolicy, offering goods at one price, regard-less of the size of the order, with no discount,and all trade-marked with the name of thefactory, and bearing an iron-clad guaranteestraight through to the wearer. While the echoes of the praise of theKayser silk glove were resounding in severalcountries, Mr. Kaysers keen commercialmind coupled with a desire to make a bettergarment, saw the opportunity for the im-provement of ladies
