The Black-chested Buzzard-Eagle, Geranoaetus melanoleucus, is a large eagle-like hawk found in the Andes of South America. Photographed here just outside the boundary of Los Glaciares National Park in Argentina, with the Andes in the background. It is also known as the Chilean Blue Eagle or Grey Buzzard-Eagle.
