Mohammed Ahmed Al-Ishaq observe objectives for the West Virginia and Massachusetts National Guard’s exercise evaluation for the WVNG Army Interagency Education and Training Center’s (AITEC) CBRN Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) Sept. 6, 2018, at Camp Dawson, West Virginia. Qatar and West Virginia have already began exchanging ideas in the CBRNE realm as a part of military-to-military engagements between the two forces as a part of the National Guard Bureau’s State Partnership Program.
