The stretch of life starts with man (both men and women) and baby and ends with death. Cemtral at the bottom of the stairs Christ (or God) that leads to the world. Two cartouches at the top left and right contain Dutch inscriptions. Antwerp (possibly) paper engraving the ages of man represented by a staircase (11). God the Father as young or adult man (perhaps resembling Christ)
