A dirk, T. Boog, Edinburgh, mid-19th century Sturdy single-edged blade with a double-edged point, fullers on each side, and stamped "T. Boog" at the base of the blade. Finely carved hardwood grip with basket weave decoration and decorative silver nails. Silver mountings finely engraved with decorative thistles. A large citrine set on the pommel. Leather-covered wooden scabbard with engraved silver mountings. It carries a fork and byknife with identical mountings, the knife blade bears an additional signature.
