The Falls Hollow Staybolt Co. announces that it hasjust established an agency in Canada for the sale of itsproduct in the territory west of Lake Superior, with theBrydges Engineering and Supply Co., 249 Notre Dame ave-nue, Winnipeg, Can., and with Mussens Limited 299 St. Jamesstreet, Montreal, Can., for the sale of its product in the terri-tory east of Lake Superior. The feature of being ableto keep the members in tension at all times is embodied in thearrangement. The United States Light and Heating Co., which was in-corporated in January under the laws of Maine for the pur-pose of taking over several electric car-lighting properties,has completed its organization. The authorized capital of thenew company is $17,500,000, consisting of $2,500,000 7 percent cumulative preferred and $15,000,000 common. No bondsare authorized. The company has taken over the Bliss June, 1909.
