Prague, Czech Republic. 18th March 2015. A visitor examines the Cretan icon of Mother of God Glykophilousa from the second half of the 15th century to the first half of the 16th century during the opening of the exhibition Byzantine Tradition across the Centuries in Prague, Czech Republic. The exhibition presenting an excellent selection of Greek orthodox icons from the collections of the Kondakov Archaeological Institute (Prague) and the Museum of the Russian Icon (Moscow) runs till May 13, 2015, in the Strahov Picture Gallery.
