Damouhari beach and village, in winter. Pelion mountain, Magnisia prefecture, Thessaly, Greece. Long exposure shot.

Damouhari is a small seaside village in Pelion. Its characteristic are the two tiny gulfs, the one you can see in this photo and the other behind that small cape. The "hidden" one is used as a harbour for fishing boats and there you can find some picturesque taverns and cafes right "above" the wave. This one in the photo is the one where people go swiming! During winter it has a "wild" beauty with the rough sea and the waves breaking fiercely. In the photo you can also see, on the lower part, some of the last turns ("kangiolia") of the stone path ("kalderimi") that leads to Tsagarada village.
