NANG, Vietnam (April 22, 2013) Petty Officer 1st Class Shari Duffy, assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Chung-Hoon (DDG 93), helps inflate balloons during a monthly birthday party for children at the Promise House. Sailors played games and helped children practice English during the community service event. Promise House is affiliated with the Street Children’s Program of Da Nang, coordinated by Orphan Voice. Chung Hoon is on a port visit to Da Nang and will participate in a naval exchange activity.
