Salerno, Italy. 25th June, 2017. The Islamic Holiday of Eid Al-Fitr as a tradition at the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting, with the prayer organized by the Muslim Brotherhood of Imam Khadhraoui Mohamed Hedi of the Mosque of Battipaglia in the province of Salerno. The religious Eid is the first and only day in the month of Shawwal during which all Muslims around the world are not permitted to fast. The holiday celebrates the conclusion of the 29 or 30 days of dawn-to-sunset fasting during the month of Ramadan. Credit: Ivan Romano/Pacific Press/Alamy Live News
