'No more Cabbage all the Salary nipped' - caricature of British politicians Sir Robert Peel (1788-1850), dressed as a policeman and wearing a gardener's apron, with a cabbage on a stick, and the Duke of Wellington ((1769-1852) who carries celery on his stick. Both served as Prime Minister.
