View of the Culture Yard and the underground Danish Maritime Museum in the open area to the right. In foreground the shiny, controversial sculpture "Han" - or "He" in English - a 2 m tall shiny stainless steel sculpture the port of Elsinore of a naked man also called "The Little Merman" - the equivalent to the Little Mermaid in Copenhagen. The figure is created by the Danish Norwegian artist duo Michael Elmgreen & Ingar Dragset, 2012. The Culture Yard: Areas and buildings of the old shipyard in Elsinore have turned into The Culture Yard in Elsinore, Denmark. On the edge of the Sound restored exciting architecture has turned old shipyard buildings and new modern glass and metal structures into a modern culture centre in historic ,000 square metres of music, exhibitions, culture, and adventure. The submerged Danish Maritime Museum to the right of the Culture Yard further towards The Castle Kronborg and the Sound.
