The mighty tiger being followed by paprazzi INDIA EXCITING images show a Bengal tiger walking in front of a jeep full of wildlife photographers like they were its entourage. These images, captured in Tadoba Tiger Reserve, Maharashtra, show how comfortable these wild cats have become with the presence of a large number of humans in their territory. The images were captured by a British photographer, Talvinder Chohan, from another Jeep with a Canon EOS R5 camera and a 400mm lens. “This a five-year-old tiger, well known amongst the locals as Xylo,” he said. “We drove around all day in the jeep before finally spotting him. “He was sleeping most of the day, and only when the sun started to set did he wake up and start roaming around. “Male tigers have to mark their territories regularly, so he woke to finish that task. “When the jeeps spotted him, they started to follow up, maintaining a safe distance as not to agitate him. “I was lucky to be in a vehicle that was on the other side of these jeeps and capture these images, and our driver kept backing the jeep up so as to keep the distance and give the tiger his space. “It was a surreal experience.” ENDs
