A very large visiting tourist group is seen grouped in front of the popular La Boquería market on Las Ramblas. Barcelona City Council and the two tourist guide associations AGUICAT and APIT sign an agreement of good intentions to try to avoid congestion in tourist areas that includes traffic regulations for groups and a limit on the number of participants.
