But though he wasconstant in liis attendance during those five years henever spoke in the House. Yet he is an excellentspeaker, with much of the fancy and imagination ofthe Gael. He is also a thinking, earnest man, desirousof grappling with important questions, such as ImjjerialFederation, in which he is especially interested.
