Mr. Guy-ton began his street railway career asa conductor in Kansas City and laterin St. Louis and was a conductor withthe Old Day Line Company, one ofthe predecessors of the East St. Louis& Suburban Railway. He later be-came superintendent of this companywhen it was consolidated with the EastSt. Louis & Suburban Railway andsubsequently became superintendent ofthe entire system. George C. Killeen, superintendent ofthe Southern New York Power & Rail-way Corporation, Cooperstown, N. Y.,died on Aug. 31. Mr. Killeen was anative of Elizabeth, N. J. His age was46 years.
