Beacharra (Beacharr) standing stone, Kintyre, Scotland, UK, looking N along the ridge overlooking the Sound of Gigha & a raised beach at Killean. The standing stone, known as Leac-an-Fhamhair (flagstone of the giant) is 16ft () high, a prominent landscape feature seen against the skyline from a considerable distance. It has been connected with fertility rites, including egg rolling at Easter, into modern times.
