Prochlorperazine antinausea drug. Box containing tablets of prochlorperazine maleate, marketed under the name Buccastem M. Prochlorperazine is a drug that belongs to the phenothiazine class of antipsychotic agents that is used for the treatment of nausea and vertigo. It is also a typical antipsychotic drug and a highly potent neuroleptic, 10 to 20 times more potent than chlorpromazine.
