In support of Engineering Civic Action Program Operation Pacific Unity 2011, 44 Navy Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133, Gulfport, Miss., and Air Force Reserve Base Engineer Emergency Force (Prime BEEF) airmen from the 624th Civil Engineer Squadron, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, make improvements to one of three Vietnamese medical clinics in Ha Tinh province, Vietnam, Aug. 17, 2011. The ENCAP mission, including and Vietnamese service members, local contractors and support personnel, showcases multinational interoperability.
