GREAT FIRE AT OSWEGO- Oswego, .Sept. 16.—Fire broke out to-day in a block of about ten or twelve tenements, at the foot of Water street, which were soon consuni ed, the wind being in the south. The flames spread to the lumber yards or C. K. Getmann, Bond and Jenkins and also about 3,000,000 feet of lumber were burned. The fire then spread to the lumber yasds of Kenyon, White & Co., E. W. Rath bun & Co., and Page, Fail-child & Co. The former contained about 2,500,000 feet and the latter about 3,000,000 feet. The indica- tions are that 8,000,000 or 10,000,000 feet of lumber will be burned. T
