YOKOSUKA, Japan (September 16, 2016) – Chief Explosive Ordnance Disposal Joseph Leszunov has walks through the ceremonial side-boys during the Chief Petty Officer (CPO) pinning ceremony on board Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. FLEACT Yokosuka and seven other commands pinned anchors on 42 new CPOs. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
