VILLALBA, Puerto Rico – FEMA Corps member Brianna Poulin, from Colchester, CT, delivers a box of food to mountain residents in the Villalba municipality. Working in coordination with local government officials, a team of FEMA workers delivered more than 200 boxes of food and 300 cases of water to the Caonillas Abajo neighborhood on Nov. 25.
