Kettering, Northamptonshire, UK. 4th September 2012. The Funeral of Dylan Cecil took place at The Parish Church of Saint Mary the Virgin at 1300, with many mourners attending the service. The four-year-old boy who drowned after slipping from a jetty at Burnham-on-Sea in Somerset while visiting his grandparents on Sunday August 19. His parents, Rachel McCollum and Darren Cecil, attempted to save their boy, emergency services quickly launched a search and rescue operation, his body was found 4 days later by a member of the public.
