5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Nov. 26, 2016) Petty Officer 2nd Class Andrew Masino, from Jacksonville, Fla., hoists the ensign from the signal bridge of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike). Masino serves aboard Ike as a quartermaster. Ike and its Carrier Strike Group are deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 5th Fleet area of operations.
