Vertical close up of symmetrical arches on the front facade of the Provincial Court against a blue sky. This part of the Provincial Court, which is left of the main building is built from Belgian bluestone. It was erected between 1910 and 1914 designed by architect It was actually built as a residence for the governor, however it was never used such as and actually houses several public offices for the Governor of the Province of West-Flanders.
