Stock photograph of the ancient Jewish cemetery in the Jewish quarter of Prague

Stock photograph of the ancient Jewish cemetery in the Jewish quarter of Prague, Josefov. Tightly packed because burial elsewhere was forbidden, Jews have been buried here since 1479. 12,000 headstones remain, but an estimated 100,000 bodies are here including those of a number of medieval Jewish scholars.
