We think of township residents as being near the breadline, yet hi-tech facilities are available to residents. Under gloomy skies, by a caravan selling fast foods, everything from fish and chips to ice cream, we see a building advertising a wide variety of electronic services: the selling of DVDs; the selling and repair of kettles, irons, cell phones, microwaves, radios, hi-fi systems, cameras, computers, laptops; the installation and repair of satellite dishes; scanning, photocopying, printing; and the design of CVs.
