Lens : A few scattered small milk-white opacities in itssubstance. Fundus, Sac, normal except hyperopic. Right eye : Pupil rather quadrangular, dilates well, butnot quite regularly to atropine ; ring of pigment onanterior capsule as in left eye ; from outer part ofpupillary border of iris to pigment ring is a thin shred ofpupillary membrane.
