Sylvia Carey-Butler, associate vice chancellor for Academic Support of Inclusive Excellence at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, gives her presentation during the installation observance of Women's Equality Day on Aug. 16, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis.
