This is another good old-fash- ioned flower of bushy habit, bearing hundreds of flowers during the season, of white, yellow, crimson and violet. Very charming when used as a hedge plant, rivaling the privet, with its glossy foliage very closely set and dotted all over in the afternoon with a multitude of fairy flowers. It is a little known fact that roots of these may be lifted in the fall and stored like Dahlias and the tubers planted in spring. It will result in larger plants, stronger, and with more flowers.
