Only a hundred people have gathered at the national headquarters of the PSOE, located in Madrid's Ferraz street, to express their rejection of the pardon decrees published this Wednesday in the Official State Gazette, to the nine independence leaders imprisoned for the events that occurred on October 1, 2017.
