An old muddy shopping trolly / cart and traffic cone, which has been lying at the bottom of Bude Canal until a storm on the 10th March 2008 broke the lockgates, allowing the water to drain into the sea. Whilst the operation to mend the gates was underway, the rubbish that had been dropped or thrown into the canal was removed were possible.
