Richard Dana


Richard Dana. ca. 1770. Art by John Singleton Copley. Richard Dana (1700–1772) was a justice of the province of Massachusetts. He provided legal counsel during the early stages of the American Revolution and was a member of the committee that investigated the Boston Massacre in 1770.
