The Jacques Chevallier, a force tanker (BRF) is being built by Chantiers de l'Atlantique in cooperation with Naval Group for the French Navy in a dry dock in Saint Nazaire (Loire Atlantique). Despite the optimistic announcements of the French government, which anticipates growth of 1% in 2023, economic activity should slow down in the coming months, according to economists. In Saint-Nazaire (Loire-Atlantique), the companies Airbus and Chantiers de l'Atlantique have a sufficiently large order book to avoid a possible recession.
