Preston, UK. 11th September, 2016. The Hoghton Tower kite festival takes place over the famous castle turrets as giant kites take to the air. Two & four line stunt kites including a giant octopus and 'Tom & Jerry' flew gracefully in the sunshine as the children looked on in amazement.
