Once part of the church of St. Sebastian, and now one of Trogir's landmarks, this domed, blue-faced clock dominates John Paul II Square (Trg Ivana Pavla II) and dates from pre-15th century. Founded by Greeks in the 3rd century BC, Trogir is immediately north of Split on Croatia's Dalmation Coast. Its historic center is a UNESCO heritage site for its Venetian architecture.
