ATLANTIC OCEAN (Jan. 18, 2020) Airman Michael Collazo, from Tampa, Florida, assigned to the "Tridents" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 9, signals to an MH-60S Sea Hawk Helicopter, on USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) flight deck during flight operations. Ford is currently conducting Aircraft Compatibility Testing to further test its Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch Systems (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG).
