Critical market and home garden- ers and canners have long been looking for a Bantam Sweet Corn with these improved qualities. One of the big canning companies reports that Barden's Wonder Bantam produces one-third more tonnage per acre than any other Bantam Corn they have ever grown, and will consider using no other in the future. Tests each year have proved it to be as early as Golden Bantam and much more vigorous and productive. The ripe seed is bluish black, but when in table condition the kernels are pearly white. It is a most desirable second early variety for the home garden.
