BLACK SEA (Feb. 27, 2018) Chief Damage Controlman Jose Toscano oversees an emergency flight quarters drill aboard the Arleigh Burke-class, guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) in the Black Sea, Feb. 27, 2018. Ross, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its sixth patrol in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of regional allies and partners and national security interests in Europe.
