Premier Daniel Andrews has confirmed the 25-kilometre travel limit in Melbourne and the "ring of steel" separating the city from regional Victoria will be lifted, as part of widespread relaxing of restrictions in the state. The restrictions will be lifted from 11:59pm tonight.
