CARACAL, Romania (Sept. 27, 2017) Senior medical officers assigned to Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System (AAMDS) Romania meet with senior leadership from Spitalul Municipal Caracal, a local hospital, during a visit. Naval Support Facility (NSF) Deveselu and AAMDS Romania are co-located with the Romanian 99th Military Base and play a key role in ballistic missile defense in Eastern Europe.
