Type-locality.—Gulf of Mexico, off Delta of Mississippi Eiver; 35 fathoms; station 2388, Albatross; 1 female holotj'pe (Cat. No. 23147, ). Diagnosis.—Carapace without dorsal ridge. Front bilobed. Legs slender and spinulous; secondary spine of dactyls 1 to 3 beneath primary spine. Palp of outer maxilliped 3-jointed.
