ADELUP, Guam (Feb. 28, 2024) - The Honorable Franklin R. Parker, assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, visited Gov. Lourdes Leon Guerrero, and Lt. Gov. Joshua Tenorio at the Governors office, Feb. 28. Parker is responsible for the oversight of manpower and reserve component affairs of the Department of the Navy, including the full spectrum of policy and programs for active duty, reserve, and retired military, their families and the civilian workforce. During his visit they discussed the development of Guam, reaffirming their shared commitments and partnership.
